ERS Plumbing Systems
By requesting service, booking online, submitting a service request, or making a payment, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. SERVICE REQUESTS & APPOINTMENTS
All service requests submitted online or by phone are requests only and are not considered confirmed appointments until reviewed and accepted by ERS Plumbing Systems.
Appointment times are preferred windows and not guaranteed arrival times. Scheduling is subject to technician availability, job complexity, traffic, and weather conditions.
3. SERVICE CALL FEE
A $150 service call fee applies to all service visits unless otherwise stated in writing.
This fee covers dispatch and professional evaluation.
The service call fee is non-refundable once service has been dispatched.
Repairs, labor, and materials are not included and are quoted separately.
Payment of the service call fee may be required to confirm an appointment.
4. ESTIMATES & PRICING
All estimates are based on visible conditions and information available at the time of inspection.
Estimates are not guaranteed final prices unless expressly stated in writing.
Additional repairs, code requirements, or unforeseen conditions may result in price adjustments.
Customer approval is required before performing any work beyond the original scope.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice or payment request.
Accepted payment methods may include online payment links, credit or debit cards, or other approved methods. Failure to remit payment may result in service delays, suspension of future service, or collection actions as permitted by law.
6. ACCESS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the service location, secure pets, and disclose known plumbing or property conditions that may affect service.
ERS Plumbing Systems is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by lack of access or unsafe working conditions.
7. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Customers are encouraged to provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the service call fee at the company’s discretion.
8. WARRANTY & LIMITATIONS
Any workmanship warranty, if provided, applies only to the specific work performed and does not cover pre-existing conditions, customer-supplied materials, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party work.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERS Plumbing Systems’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered. The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. COMMUNICATION & EMAIL NOTICE
By contacting ERS Plumbing Systems, you consent to communication via phone, email, or text related to your service request.
Emails may contain confidential information and are subject to the company’s confidentiality notice.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking service, submitting a request, or making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
